Service Description
Facilitate open communication and resolve conflicts within a Couple setting. Couples therapy sessions offer guidance and support to strengthen relationships and improve dynamics. I am in-network for insurance through Aetna (WA), Cigna (WA), Cigna EAP (WA), Kaiser Permanente (WA), Kaiser Permanente Northwest (WA), United Healthcare (WA), and United Healthcare EAP (WA). Please reach out with any questions. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, held via secure Telehealth. For more information, please thoroughly review the client's disclosure statement. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved entirely for you. To cancel or reschedule without a cost, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, Mindful Therapy Group will automatically charge you $125. Insurance does not cover missed, late-canceled, or no-show appointments. Sessions are marked as canceled 10 minutes after the scheduled start time if you are not present and have not made prior arrangements. Please direct all cancellation-related questions to me directly — not the administrative staff.
