An Empowering Truth
Ginger’s Grace Therapy Company was created from a place of deep loss, love, and purpose. After experiencing the deep loss of my mother, I knew I wanted to honor her legacy and simultaneously give others what she gave to me: the belief that forgiveness sparks the healing of our deepest wounds.
At Ginger's Grace, we believe that life is unpredictable and that the weight of the world can be overwhelming at times. We all deserve a safe space to process life's twists, turns, and unexpected losses. That is why Ginger's Grace exists: to support individuals in their fight to be seen and heard while also honoring the peace, healing, and wholeness they deserve.

Mission
Ginger's Grace Therapy Company's mission is to assist clients in reconnecting with their truth and to provide culturally responsive, emotionally grounded, trauma-informed mental health services through a tailored, Humanistic-Integrative counseling approach that empowers individuals to align with their most authentic selves—honoring where they have been while preparing them to walk boldly into where they are going.
Vision
To create a safe haven for healing and personal growth for people from all walks of life, particularly those who feel invisible, unheard, and unappreciated. I envision a world where therapy is more than simply treatment; it is an evolution into discovering your true self. A place where people can learn to hold room for both their pain and their strength while also leaving with means to live emotionally regulated, purpose-driven lives.

My name is Elizabeth Jones, and I am the owner and sole clinician at Ginger's Grace Therapy Company. I am a committed educator and mental health professional with five years of expertise. I firmly believe that true prosperity and power are found in knowledge and mental well-being.

My journey with healing and guidance began in undergrad, where I launched a mentorship program to support students who needed someone to see them. That experience lit a fire in me. I went on to earn my Master’s in School Counseling, become a Nationally Certified Counselor, and now, I’m pursuing my PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision with a focus on Clinical Mental Health. This allows me to not only help clients but also to mentor and mold the next generation of therapists.

I work with individuals ages 13 to 60, especially those navigating transitions, trauma, identity, and emotional overwhelm. I’m passionate about serving multicultural clients and am a proud LGBTQ+ ally. My approach is humanistic and integrative, blending Adlerian, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused foundations with tools like CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. I believe that healing is not a linear process, nor is the path to calmness.

I’ve been the client-facing myself, grieving losses, and finding strength in the midst of survival; that personal experience grounds the work I do today. Therapy changed my life, and I’m here to help it change yours.

You are not broken. You are becoming.
At Ginger’s Grace, we don’t just offer therapy—we offer transformation through truth, compassion, and connection. This is your space to feel deeply, grow boldly, and reclaim your voice. The world will always have something to say about who you should be. But in this space, we’ll focus on who you are—and who you’re becoming.
No matter where you are in your healing, I’ll meet you there. If you’re ready, I’m ready. And if you’re not, I’ll hold space until you are.
Client Affirmation:
Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about coming home to yourself.
